The Instantor Underfloor Heating Clip Rail with Adhesive provides a quick and reliable method of securing underfloor heating pipework in position during installation. Designed for use across larger floor areas, the rail helps maintain consistent pipe spacing while keeping pipework securely located before the floor covering or screed is applied.

Suitable for 16–18 mm pipe, the rail incorporates fixing positions at 50 mm intervals, allowing installers to achieve accurate and consistent pipe layouts. The rail is supplied in 1 metre lengths, formed from two 500 mm sections, which can be connected together to create continuous runs across the installation area.
